Lumi, the global market leading provider of AGM voting technology, have agreed to collaborate with Proxymity, the digital investor communications platform, to provide an efficient digital voting solution with transparency across the whole custodian chain and full compliance with the new Shareholder Rights Directive II.
Proxymity, has successfully closed a $20.5 million strategic fundraise supported by a consortium of eight strategic financial industry leaders. Following the successful pilot of both platforms during late 2019 at Elia Group’s EGM in Belgium, all Euronext Brussels companies who have issued their notices this year are already on the new platform.
