Vespa Capital portfolio company, Feefo has announced an exciting partnership with Austin, TX based Travelstride.

Feefo, the world’s largest verified buyer reviews platform, and Travelstride, the #1 community marketplace for extraordinary world travel, made easy, are delighted to announce their new partnership, allowing Travelstride’s community of more than 1,600 tour operators to capture and display verified traveller reviews alongside reviews already captured by Travelstride.

Feefo’s verified ratings and reviews will help Travelstride’s customers see what fellow travellers thought of their trips, tours and custom adventures. Travelstride’s unbiased platform curates the most impressive experiences large and small for its customers, presenting them with options, ranked, in part, according to feedback from previous travellers.

Travelstride will add Feefo’s genuine verified customer feedback into the metrics in their algorithm. So the verified nature of Feefo’s feedback is crucial to Travelstride, as it will give its customers the confidence to purchase, knowing that it is free from fakes.

The partnership will allow global tour operators to capture and display reviews captured by Feefo on both their own website and Travelstride.  Feefo’s extensive feedback, available at multiple touchpoints will cover reviews on specific locations, hotels, guides and tours. And it’s powerful AI-technology and reporting tools will provide valuable business insight allowing tour operators to optimise the customer experience.

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo commented: “This is a really exciting partnership for us at Feefo. We already work with some of Travelstride’s clients and it’s great that we’ll be able to empower them to offer verified reviews to some of the World’s biggest travel firms.”
