Vespa Capital portfolio company, Bluecrest Wellness, the leading provider of private health assessments to individuals and employers, has appointed Dominque Kent as CEO.
Dominique brings with her a wealth of experience building and scaling operations in customer-focused health and social care businesses.
She was one of the forces behind forming and growing the live-in care provider The Good Care Group, where, as Chief Operating Officer, she led the delivery of outstanding care to older people in their own homes as the company grew to become a 1,000-strong team. In 2019, Dominque became Managing Director and under her leadership The Good Care Group became the highest awarded live-in care company with a five-star outstanding CQC rating.
A healthcare industry expert, Dominique was previously Chair of the UK Homecare Association for three years, having served a total of nine years on the board. She currently sits on the boards of Trinity Homecare and London & Quadrant Housing Trust as a Non-Executive Director.
As CEO, Dominique will lead Bluecrest through its next phase of growth as it looks to further expand the provision of consumer and corporate preventive healthcare solutions. Bluecrest Wellness’ range of health assessments help identify risks ranging from cholesterol to diabetes, musculoskeletal issues to thyroid function, early cancer risks to mental health. Health assessments can be delivered through its network of over 2,000 community clinics across the UK, to businesses on site, or via home health kits supported by a virtual coach.
