- Vespa Capital Completes Sale Of Dtag To Unrvld
Vespa Capital has completed the sale of Digital Technology Advisory Group Ltd ("DTAG"), comprising research and insight consultancy 2CV and brand and innovation specialist The Value Engineers ("TVE"), to UNRVLD Holdings Ltd (“UNRVLD”).
Vespa Capital originally backed the management buyout of DTAG from Cello Health in January 2022, supporting the group's leadership team to build on its position across the marketing, research and communications value chain.
In August 2025, DTAG successfully divested Signal Agency, a leader in transforming customer communications for financial services clients, to Broadridge Solutions, Inc. The sale of the remaining 2CV and TVE businesses result in the complete realisation of the DTAG investment.
The transaction sees 2CV and TVE join UNRVLD's growing group, providing both businesses with the backing of a well-resourced strategic owner and access to UNRVLD's wider digital experience and technology capabilities.
UNRVLD is a digital experience and technology company backed by BGF, working with results-driven organisations to deliver digital transformation and optimisation across leading platforms. UNRVLD operates from multiple hubs across the UK and Europe.
David Elms, Chairman of DTAG, commented "This is a very positive outcome for 2CV and TVE, their high calibre teams and blue-chip client rosters. Both businesses have a long history, excellent brand reputations and deep sector expertise; joining UNRVLD sees them combine with a growing and well-capitalised group from which to build their next chapter. I would like to thank the Vespa Capital team for their support and partnership, and I am confident that 2CV and TVE are well placed for continued success as part of the UNRVLD group."
Advisers to DTAG and Vespa Capital on the transaction included Deloitte (M&A advisor), and Birketts LLP (Legal). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
