Katya has responsibilities across deal origination, transaction processing and portfolio management. Since joining Vespa Capital in 2017, she has been involved in a number of investments including BioPhorum, Feefo, Catalis, DTAG and Right Legal. She currently sits on the Boards of Feefo and DTAG, and is an observer on Catalis.

Prior to joining, Katya spent seven years at Grant Thornton within their corporate finance team, specialising in transaction advisory services for growing SMEs, supporting them with corporate development, bolt on acquisitions and M&A transactions. Katya enjoys working with niche, quality leading businesses, helping them to navigate and prioritise through the various stages of their development.

Katya is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) by background and holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
